Mr. Jeevan Raj Sapkota

Mr. Sapkota hails from the picturesque mountain village of Madi-5 in the Kaski District of Nepal. Growing up in this beautiful yet remote area, he was fortunate to attend Prithvi Narayan Campus in Pokhara. Like many of his peers, he initially envisioned a career in government service or teaching after graduation. However, fate had different plans for him.
In 1998, alongside his studies, he joined a trekking agency in Pokhara as an office assistant. This was the beginning of a journey that would eventually shape his future. With dedication and hard work, Mr. Sapkota rose through the ranks, becoming an Assistant Trekking Guide and, in 2004, completing professional training to become a certified Trekking Guide in Nepal.
With a fresh, innovative approach to adventure tourism, Mr. Sapkota established Aroma Nepal Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. in 2008. His goal was clear: to offer authentic trekking and travel experiences to fellow adventure seekers from around the world. His vision didn’t stop there—he also founded Annapurna Nature Camp in Madi 05, Kaski.
Mr. Sapkota has a strong academic background, holding a graduate degree from Pokhara. His leadership extends beyond his businesses, as he is actively involved in various prestigious tourism and travel organizations, including: Pokhara Tourism Council, Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) – Gandaki Province, Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Nepal Chapter, Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN) Gandaki, Village Tourism Development Forum (VITOF), Tourism Transport Committee (TTC) Pokhara, Pokhara Bird Society, International Mountain Museum – Pokhara.
Mr. Sapkota has also represented Nepal in international travel shows, visiting countries like the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and India. Under his leadership, Aroma Nepal Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. continues to uphold its motto: “Your Pleasant & Memorable Trip in Nepal.” Mr. Sapkota and his team are committed to making your adventure in Nepal a truly unforgettable experience.
Kashi Ram Poudel

Mr. Kashi Ram Poudel is a expert in adventure and mountain tourism, specializing in trekking and hiking across Nepal’s breathtaking landscapes. With over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, he has honed his skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations. Since 2008, Mr. Poudel has been a key member of Aroma Nepal Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd., where he has contributed significantly to the company’s growth and success. Prior to his role at Aroma Nepal, he gained valuable experience in ticketing and tour management with a leading travel company based in Pokhara. Known for his hard work, leadership, and team-oriented approach, Mr. Poudel is committed to delivering exceptional trekking experiences to travelers from around the world. His passion for Nepal’s natural beauty, along with his dedication to teamwork, makes him a standout figure in the adventure tourism industry. Mr. Poudel continues to inspire his team, motivating them to achieve success and elevate the trekking experience for all who seek to explore Nepal’s majestic mountains.
Bimala Sapkota

Mrs. Bimala Sapkota plays a crucial role in the administration departments at Aroma Nepal Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. Her dedication and hard work have made her an invaluable member of the team since the company’s establishment. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and Social Science, Mrs. Sapkota is passionate about learning and expanding her knowledge in both her professional field and in computer technologies. Her drive to continuously improve and grow reflects her commitment to making the most out of life and her career. In addition to her role at Aroma Nepal Treks, Mrs. Sapkota has been actively involved as a Director at our sister company, Annapurna Nature Camp, since 2022, further showcasing her leadership and versatility in the tourism and hospitality industry. Mrs. Sapkota’s positive attitude, ambition, and keen interest in personal development ensure she is an integral part of both companies’ continued success.
